Q: Can I order past boxes?
Senior Activity Box monthly subscription is not available for purchase after the 15th of each month. If there are certain items you wish to receive again or for the first time if you missed it, please let us know at info@senioractivitybox.com
Q: Can I order a box as a gift for another senior?

You may order boxes as gifts for extended family that are seniors or friends. At checkout, add a special note to let them know who the gift was from, we would love to let them know it’s from you!
Q: What will I receive in my Senior Activity Box?

Each Senior Activity Box is hand crafted with a loving senior in mind. Your monthly box will include a household DIY item, a fun craft, personal care item, snack and more. For a better look, head over to our Home page.
Q: Can I add a note to my Senior Activity Box?

We want your loved one to know who is sending the gift! All boxes will allow you to add a special note to your box, giving you the ability to add your personal touch.
Q: Can I buy a separate gift box from the Senior Activity Box shop with my monthly subscription?

Yes! The boxes available in our gift shop are sold separately for any special occasion. If you already have a current subscription, all you nee to do is add a gift box to your cart and you will be able to make your purchase.
Q: Are your boxes only for seniors?

No. We have boxes that will benefit not only seniors, but also their family and friends. Our monthly D.I.Y project is something the whole household will enjoy and be able to cherish.
Q: Am I able to cancel my Senior Activity Box monthly subscription?

Yes. We never want to see you go, but if you need to end your subscription with us you are able to complete this process through your online portal by following 'Cancel My Subscription'. For any issues, please email info@senioractivitybox.com
